90-minute virtual Agentic AI executive working session

From Supply-Chain Problem to Agentic AI Use Case in 90 Minutes

Bring one real operational problem. Work on it live with Knut Alicke, Andrei Palamariu and a small group of executive peers. Leave with a scoped Agentic AI use case, a tested first workflow and a clear next decision.

The format builds on an Amsterdam workshop where 32 ideas were submitted, 17 cases were prioritized for preparation and 15 business cases were worked on.

Invitation-only · Limited to 6–8 executives who lead Supply Chain, Procurement or Operations functions

A working session

No presentations disguised as transformation

Every participant brings one current operational problem and works on it during the session using a practical framework built around:

  • 01One user
  • 02One problem
  • 03One decision
  • 04One dataset
  • 05One acceptance test

The aim is not to produce a production-ready application in 90 minutes.

The aim is to determine what is worth pursuing, test a first workflow or decision artifact and expose what data, business rules, governance or IT involvement would be required to take the case further.

Who it is for

Executives who own the decision, not just an interest in AI.

Supply Chain leaders

CSCOs and executives leading planning, logistics, inventory, customer service or supply-chain transformation.

Procurement leaders

CPOs and executives leading sourcing, purchasing, supplier management or procurement transformation.

Operations leaders

COOs and executives accountable for operational performance, manufacturing, fulfilment or operational excellence.

This session is not intended for vendors, consultants, individual contributors, general AI learners or people who do not lead a Supply Chain, Procurement or Operations function.

What participants leave with

Six concrete outputs, not a set of slides.

  1. 01A clearly scoped Agentic AI use case
  2. 02A tested first prompt, workflow or decision artifact
  3. 03A checklist of the data and business rules required
  4. 04A value, feasibility and risk assessment
  5. 05A recommendation to stop, explore, pilot or involve IT
  6. 06One practical next step for the following 30 days

The 90-minute format

    Evidence and working principles

  2. 10–20 min

    The one-user, one-problem, one-decision framework

  3. 20–30 min

  4. 30–55 min

Live working sprint using sanitized data

  5. 55–70 min

    Executive peer challenge

  6. 70–82 min

    Value, feasibility and risk decision

  7. 82–90 min

    Next steps and synthesis

The type of cases participants can bring

Real operational problems, not generic AI ideas

Promotion validation

Compare planned promotions against historical uplift and flag likely over- or under-planning.

Transport-cost analysis

Explain forecast-versus-actual variance using volume, lane mix, rates, truckfill and weightfill.

Obsolete-stock risk

Rank exposure using shelf life, forward stock cover, forecast consumption and phase-out timing.

Raw-material purchasing

Allocate demand across contracts using stock, in-transit inventory, cost, lead time and supplier resilience.

Customer claims

Assess a claim against delivery evidence and contractual service levels, then prepare a recommendation for human review.

Supplier onboarding

Validate submissions, apply business rules, identify missing information and route exceptions.

These are examples of suitable cases, not prescribed topics.

FAQ

Questions executives usually ask.

Is this a webinar?

No. It is a small working session. Every participant prepares a real business case and works on it live.

Who can participate?

Executives who lead a Supply Chain, Procurement or Operations function. Places are not open to vendors, consultants, individual contributors or general AI learners.

How many executives will attend?

The group is limited to 6–8 participants so every executive receives meaningful working time and peer feedback.

What type of case should I bring?

A recurring operational problem connected to a decision, workflow or exception your team handles today. It should be narrow enough to examine in 90 minutes.

Do I need technical or coding skills?

No. You need operational knowledge of the problem, the current process, the available data and the relevant business rules.

Do I need to bring data?

A small sanitized or synthetic sample is useful but not always required. Never use confidential or sensitive information in an unapproved environment.

What will I work on?

Depending on the case, you may create a first prompt, decision table, exception-ranking workflow, scenario calculation, draft analysis, validation checklist or prototype output.

Will I leave with a finished application?

No. The objective is a tested first workflow and a clear decision about whether to stop, explore, pilot or involve IT.

How is confidentiality handled?

Participants should remove confidential details and follow their employer's security and data policies. The registration flow includes an acceptance checkbox covering these expectations.

What happens after I register?

Knut and Andrei will review the submitted case. Suitable participants will receive a refined preparation note and final session confirmation.

What happens after the session?

Each participant will receive a case summary, the main gaps identified and a recommended 30-day next step. A private 25-minute workflow diagnostic may be offered where useful.
